Charley Himes, who resides in Cincinnati Ohio, is a person who felt affection to Judaism from a young age.
It was his reading of Rabbi Meir Kahane's books and his meeting with Rabbi Binyamin Kahane, and their assistant, Reb Yekutiel Ben Yaakov, that made Charley direct his energy towards Jewish causes and to realize what it is that is so lacking in the Jewish world today. This he terms 'Jewish pride.'
When introduced to Dov Shurin, he realized that Dov's lyrics and music fill that exact need, and, when properly produced, this music can help the individual and the nation, reawaken their 'Jewish pride!'
Charley has since produced the "Biblical Revenge" album, the "Masters of the Land" album and the movie version of "Masters of the Land."
Charley's dream is to become Jewish and to live in Israel, and while continuing to support Jewish causes,
Charley is also working on the fulfillment of his wonderful dream. May G-d of Israel bless him!
