Once, I suddenly felt a burning passionate love for the one and only master of the universe. This love was bursting forth from my heart and turned into 12 songs, each one containing a facet of the amazing loving feeling that I bless everyone to receive when they listen to my humble presentation.
The song, “I’m a Jew,” the title song of the album, is the bursting exuberant experience of loving Hashem, which inspired the song, “Hakadosh Barachu Hu we Love You.” This preceded the fad of the popular Israeli bumper stickers, “Hakodosh Baruch hu, anachnu Ohavim Odcha.”
Song number 4, Zachreni Na, is the original version of what has become one of the most popular songs in Israel and the entire Jewish world. The words of the strong man and ancient judge, Samson the mighty, titled “Zachreni Na.” To date, the song has been recorded by at least 20 artists and includes even a ‘trance’ version.
The song, “My Heart is in Hebron,” was borrowed by a popular collection of songs for the city of Hebron titled, “Song of Songs of Hebron.” The album is addicting with listeners claiming that when it ends, all they want to do is hear it again!
